ISOC represents users! yes....
I will commit to establish the Victor Wilson award and dedicate the efforts I have made here in VW memory.

Policy
- policy - drive llu and spectrum allocation, continue to respond to other policies from a user perspective
- lobby - get provincial/municipal investments in fibre
- lobby for native IPv6
- further establish standards working group
Education
- education - engineers, policy makers, business on ietf like topics
- outreach - create new awareness of Internet (introduce)
- skills - seek appropriate skills and work with training / educators to ensure supply
Community

- open up to business membership and see if they take better leadership?
- build a communications competency and specialise in a great newsletter
