- education - engineers, policy makers, business
- outreach - create new awareness of Internet
- skills - seek appropriate skills and work with training / educators to ensure supply
Policy
- policy - drive llu and spectrum allocation, respond to other policies from a user perspective
- lobby - get provincial/municipal investments in fibre
- lobby for native IPv6
Community
- youth - outreach programme to get policy awareness (for those that know Internet)
- outreach - connect more people
Membership
- open up to business membership and see if they take better leadership?
Other
- keep talking about it, maybe develop a business based on relevance and impact, see if we can get agreement (from whom)
