This is not a list of convicted spammers, but should only include those that you believe may be spammers in terms of the regulations in South Africa at this time. Please also include reasons why you believe the spammer committed the crime.

Name | Reasons

Mervyn Kahn | Harvesting of inappropriate email addresses, does not provide active removals for ePasella.com online marketing .

Terrapin conferences | They acknowledge that one cannot (easily) unsubscribe and they cannot confirm how they obtained your identity

Wits Office of Alumni Affairs | October 2005, over 170 x 277kB emails sent. Request for unsubscribe ignored.

Dr. Brian Jude (Power seminars, dynamic seminars, www.drjude.co.za, www.seminarsforgrowth.net) | Unable to unsubscribe (tried several times). When I sent him the standard response (from main page), he replied with all the details where he bought his "bona fida mail list", but he still kept sending me spam!. Apparently, he bought the list from the person/ institution below.

Don't stare media - Evert Hoff | Managing Director Don't Stare Media evert@dontstaremedia.com

083 626 3680

DVD Rebel | Sending countless mails to an address that's only available if harvested from the web.

Certech | Frequent requests to be removed from their system ignored. Unsubscribe gets you subscribed to a different list. Sender frequently requested to cease and desist to no avail.

EconoBEE (EconoServ SA), 011 4831190 | We constantly receive email from this company to users on the systems we maintain.
