This is not a list of convicted spammers, but should only include those that you believe may be spammers in terms of the regulations in South Africa at this time. Please also include reasons why you believe the spammer committed the crime.

Unable to unsubscribe (tried several times). When I sent him the standard response (from main page), he replied with all the details where he bought his "bona fida mail list", but he still kept sending me spam!. Apparently, he bought the list from the person/ institution below.
